Era Style Loft wanted to make sure that online shoppers were given a similar brand experience to what they would experience in-store. That meant designing a beautiful, sleek website with a smooth interface and a focus on functionality. With a large inventory and existing POS procedures, they needed a partner to not only help them create a seamless shopping experience, but also to drive online traffic and convert sales. That’s where we came in.
Solution
Flipp worked closely with Era Style Loft to create a new custom Shopify site that can handle multiple locations and online inventory management. Featuring an elegant and minimalist design, Flipp focused on creating a smooth purchase path to get users from the shopping cart to a completed checkout.
Flipp also created a multi-faceted digital strategy that was able to integrate the brand, website, and inventory feed into engaging, high-converting ads that spoke to 3 kinds of users: new users, high intent users, and returning users.

The newly launched Era Style Loft Shopify site not only looked great, but also presented new opportunities for brand awareness. After integrating their inventory feed with Google Shopping and Instagram Shopping, Era Style Loft was able to reach new audiences and saw their website users grow by more than 200% in the first month alone.
On the digital marketing side, Era Style Loft’s Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) has continued to grow MoM since the launch of their digital campaigns. They hit over 784% ROAS and accounted for more than 25% of all online sales by month 6. At the end of the first year of running the campaigns, we had seen an average ROAS of 600%, well above the industry benchmark of 200%.
