Sr. Paid Media Specialist
Description
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead the day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance management of digital media campaigns across multiple client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytically minded, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving agency environment. You’ll work closely with our Media Manager, Account Team, and Creative Team to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, paced effectively, and continuously optimized for performance.

Campaign Execution & Management
- Build, launch, and manage digital media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, and other emerging channels
- Implement proper tracking, UTM structure, naming conventions, and QA processes
- Ensure assets are uploaded, formatted, and deployed correctly
- Maintain campaign organization and documentation standards
Budget Management & Pacing
- Monitor campaign pacing and budget allocation across active campaigns
- Flag discrepancies, pacing concerns, or overspend risks early
- Maintain accurate records of campaign changes and optimizations
- Support efficient media spend allocation aligned with approved plans
Optimization & Performance
- Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing cadence
- Execute audience testing, creative testing, and optimization adjustments
- Identify performance trends and escalate concerns appropriately
- Contribute optimization recommendations and performance insights
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare accurate reporting dashboards and data summaries
- Pull and validate campaign data across platforms
- Support the development of performance insights and recommendations
- Ensure reporting is delivered accurately and on schedule
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on digital media buying and campaign management experience
- Experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other major platforms
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, UTM structures, conversion tracking, and reporting
- Experience pacing and managing media budgets
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Agency experience is considered an asset
- Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms is considered an asset
- Bonus points for experience with emerging AI search ecosystems, including generative search optimization, LLM visibility strategies, and AI referral attribution using analytics and UTM tracking.
