Flipp Advertising has an immediate opening for a Senior Designer to join our team at our Calgary office. We are seeking a visionary with a passion for design and a proven track record of presenting creative concepts and rationales. As a Senior Designer you…

• Think big and sell compelling stories: Develop and present innovative ideas that captivate and persuade.
• Approach projects with a comprehensive mindset: Consider all aspects of a project, from concept to execution, ensuring thorough and thoughtful outcomes.
• Are a determined self-starter who thrives on challenges: Take initiative and thrive in dynamic environments.
• Inspire and collaborate with your team: Lead by example and foster a collaborative, creative atmosphere.
• Craft compelling visuals and copy: Engage the target audience and maintain the brand’s voice and identity.
• Have a passion for typography: Sweat the details—font selection, spacing, alignment, and the visual harmony of text are all things that keep you up at night.

Additionally, you must have experience crafting production-ready files and overseeing the process through to press checks. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
