Description

We are looking for a hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team full time and help bring brands to life through smart strategy, consistent execution, and standout content. You’ll own day-to-day social for multiple clients, from concept and content capture to editing, posting, and reporting, while collaborating closely with our creative and account teams to build work that performs.

To be successful in this role, you should be equal parts creative and organized, confident creating short-form video, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines without losing attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Own social media execution across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as needed)
  • Create and edit content including short-form video, reels/stories, carousels, and simple motion graphics
  • Build and manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and asset organization for multiple clients
  • Write captions, hooks, and light scripts that match each brand’s voice and objectives
  • Capture content on-site for client shoots, events, and day-in-the-life style content when required
  • Engage with audiences through community management (comments/DMs) based on client guidelines
  • Track performance, report on results, and recommend improvements based on insights.
  • Stay current on trends, platform updates, and best practices, then translate those into actionable ideas
  • Work closely with Designers, Copywriters, Account Managers, and Directors to support campaign rollouts

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in content creation and social media management (agency experience is an asset)
  • Strong short-form video skills (shooting, editing, pacing, storytelling, audio selection)
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut, and Canva (or similar)
  • Strong writing skills for social, with the ability to adapt tone across different brands
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent organization and time management across multiple accounts and timelines
  • Ability to capture quality content on phone and/or camera, with a good eye for composition and lighting

Nice to Haves:

  • Basic photography and light retouching skills
  • Experience planning creator or influencer-style content and UGC direction
  • Understanding of paid social creative considerations (what performs, ad-ready formats)
  • Comfortable presenting strategies & reporting to clients
