The previous marketing strategy for Brighton primarily revolved around selling the vision of what the community would become in the future. However, over time, this messaging became outdated as the vision had materialized into reality. The new challenge was to shift the focus towards showcasing the vibrant life that exists in Brighton today.

Embracing Every Aspect of a Thriving Community
In order to effectively represent the diverse and well-connected community of Brighton, the website experience was meticulously designed. Themes of connectivity were not only visually woven into the site’s design but also embedded into the user experience. Several key features were integrated to offer a comprehensive view of Brighton’s vibrant life.
Results
A Dynamic Website Reflecting the Real Brighton
The website introduced an interactive amenity map that breaks down the community’s numerous natural, recreational, and retail features into easily explorable districts. This feature provides a visual representation of different community areas and their offerings, emphasizing how they collectively create an all-encompassing living experience.
Furthermore, existing brand elements, such as triangular shapes from previous marketing materials, were ingeniously repurposed as trees and homes, infusing the website’s design with vibrancy and continuity.
The addition of an interactive price slider simplifies home searching for potential buyers, enabling them to explore new homes by price range and home type. This feature not only enhances the user experience but also provides Dream’s team with valuable real-time insights into the most sought-after price ranges by potential buyers. The revamped website successfully communicates the dynamic and thriving present-day Brighton.
