We are searching for an organized, driven and curious Social Media and Content Coordinator to support our Account and Social Media teams. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with content creation and social media management for both our clients and for Flipp. If you’re passionate about social media marketing, have a love for copywriting and have been looking for the perfect opportunity to join a dynamic agency environment – this is it!

To be a successful Social Media and Content Coordinator you should be a detail-oriented, creative and collaborative problem solver with outstanding written/verbal communication and project management skills, and a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside Account Managers and Project Manager to create and schedule social media content and manage engagement for various clients
  • Assist in blog or article content creation  
  • Assist in coordinating or leading social photo and video shoots as needed
  • Assist and implement contests for various clients 
  • Assist in monthly reporting

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in relevant field
  • Understanding of design and marketing principles
  • Understanding of basic social media performance insights
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player who knows how to get things done

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience using scheduling and social media management platforms
  • Experience using Canva
  • Experience creating Instagram Reels and IGTV’s
  • Experience using Asana for project management
  • Passion or interest in photography/videography
