Description

We are searching for an organized, driven Project Coordinator to provide project management support for all departments across the agency. The Project Coordinator will work alongside the Account Management team and Creative and Interactive teams managing projects, tasks, timelines, resourcing and budgets. You’ll have the opportunity to manage projects ranging from branding and media campaigns to full website builds. 

To be a successful Project Coordinator you should be a detail-oriented, organized and collaborative problem solver with outstanding communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow. 


Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination and task management to support the Account team, with the possibility to take the lead on smaller projects 
  • Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for Account Managers to ensure that timelines are being met and projects are on-budget
  • Attending, participating in, and documenting internal and client meetings 
  • Assisting with resource scheduling and task allocation
  • Requirements gathering from clients and vendors 
  • Administrative support for the Account team, including project set up and organization of files and contracts


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player who knows how to get things done (and have fun!)

 

Nice to Haves:

  • Project management certification
  • Experience using Asana for project management
